🚚 Shipping Details

• Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• If you are a new customer, your order will be confirmed via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• After confirmation, a Tracking ID will be shared to track your order status.
• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (No deliveries on Sundays).
• During peak seasons or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

How to Return

• Return the item along with the reason for return.
• Delivery charges (approx. Rs. 250) are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned items.
• Replacement deliveries include an additional charge of Rs. 250.
• Pack items in their original or protective packaging. Our rider will collect the return parcel.
