Return & Exchange Policy
◉You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
◉Change of mind is not applicable; returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
◉The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact to qualify for a return or exchange.
◉Customers must return the item via a traceable courier service (e.g., Trax Logistics or any registered post) at their own expense to our return address.

Refund Policy
◉Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
◉Delivery charges are non-refundable. In most cases, this is Rs. 250.
◉Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or Store Credit within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
◉Cash refunds are not available. You will need to provide the following details for bank transfers:

- Account Title
- Bank Account Number / IBAN
Exchange Policy
◉If you wish to exchange an item, the replacement delivery fee will be Rs. 300 to cover courier costs.
◉The original product must be packed securely, preferably in the same packaging it arrived in.
◉The rider will collect the returned item and deliver the new item upon approval.
Important Notes
◉Do not accept the package if the seal is broken or the packaging appears damaged.
◉Items damaged during use, installation, or due to mishandling are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
